Want to reduce the number of landowners for a given site? We’ve helped automate this through our updated parcel search!
We also added a new column “Total Contiguous acreage with same owner” to make it easy to see total combined acreage by owner.
This is the first of two changes that we’re implementing to make this easier – stay tuned for another update here later this summer.
This update pulls in parcels that are within the target search area using the default functionality our parcel data provider ReportAll has enabled for us.
In the next update, we’ll expand the search to pull in contiguous parcels from the same landowner that extend beyond the target search area.
