More easily find land from the same landowner & edit values directly in data tables

Pull in neighboring parcels from the same landowner

Want to reduce the number of landowners for a given site? We’ve helped automate this through our updated parcel search

When you search for parcels, you can now choose to include contiguous parcels with the same owner whose total acreage meets your minimum acreage size in the search results. This way, if you need 300 contiguous acres, it will not only pull in 300-acre parcels and larger, but it would also pull in scenarios like: three, contiguous, 100-acre parcels from the same landowner that are within the target search area.

We also added a new column “Total Contiguous acreage with same owner” to make it easy to see total combined acreage by owner.

This is the first of two changes that we’re implementing to make this easier – stay tuned for another update here later this summer.

  • This update pulls in parcels that are within the target search area using the default functionality our parcel data provider ReportAll has enabled for us.

  • In the next update, we’ll expand the search to pull in contiguous parcels from the same landowner that extend beyond the target search area.

Edit attributes directly in the data table

Quickly add a note, change the site control status, or edit another parcel or project field right from the data table.

  • Double-click the field name to add or edit the value of that field (e.g. address, notes, site control status, etc.)

  • All values are editable from the data table except for systems-created fields (e.g. Created Data) and calculated fields (e.g. Buildable Acres)
