When you search for parcels, you can now choose to include contiguous parcels with the same owner whose total acreage meets your minimum acreage size in the search results. This way, if you need 300 contiguous acres, it will not only pull in 300-acre parcels and larger, but it would also pull in scenarios like: three, contiguous, 100-acre parcels from the same landowner that are within the target search area.

We know that the direction a slope faces may impact the extent to which you can site a solar project on that terrain.

To help you better understand how much buildable acreage you actually have, we’ve added in a new setting where you can adjust the slope tolerance for different slope aspects to get a more nuanced and usable buildable acreage calculation for your projects in AO.
