Megan Kostanick - Client Success Lead

I’ve been with Anderson Optimization for about 2 years and spearheaded the creation of our Client Success function (how we onboard new clients, help them adopt the platform, and see long-term success). This role was particularly appealing to me because I had previous experience building a client success team at a startup in the consumer healthcare space and it also allowed me to leverage my B.A. in Geography from Arizona State University (love a good map!). I love that we are able to build close, long-term relationships with our clients and that we get to partner in bringing more renewable energy to the grid, efficiently.

Connor Holmstrom - Client Success Specialist

I joined Anderson Optimization almost a year ago and work with new and existing clients to continue to find value in the AO platform! I live in Seattle, WA with my fiancé and dog and in my spare time I love being outside, snowboarding, camping, hiking, biking and playing music.

Peyton Whitfield - Client Success Specialist

Hi, my name is Peyton and I recently joined Anderson Optimization on the Client Success Team where I help onboard new clients, get them familiar with the platform, and really help manage their accounts to get the best value possible. I love this position because I get to work with a great team that provides an amazing tool to help our clients in ensuring a lasting energy future. I live in Fort Worth, TX and in my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors, watching football and basketball, and going to concerts.

Mallory Ozuna - Client Success Specialist

My name is Mallory! I joined the AO Client Success Team to help clients achieve their goals in using the platform. I am a proud University of Houston alumni, go coogs! When I’m not helping clients at AO, you can find me in the Texas hill country with my dogs, fishing, golfing, or spending time with family and friends.
